TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Finca 2 Casa. These terms govern your use of finca2casa.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are. Finca 2 Casa is a trading name of Kruythoff Lievano, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 71363971, VAT NL002447021B55. Postal address: Strevelsweg 700/303, box G4048, 3083 AS Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Email: hello@finca2casa.com

Products. We sell specialty coffee sourced directly from producers and shipped to you in Europe. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Slight natural variation in an agricultural product is normal and is not a defect.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, in which case we refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order using the methods offered at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Other terms. Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Dutch law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
