REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your coffee. This policy explains your rights and how returns work.
Your 14 day right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us within those 14 days at hello@finca2casa.com
Important exception for coffee. Because coffee is a foodstuff, EU law allows us to limit returns for reasons of health, hygiene and freshness. Therefore: unopened, sealed bags may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened bags cannot be returned, as sealed food products cannot be resold once the seal is broken.
If something is wrong. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right, with a replacement or a full refund including return shipping. This never affects your statutory rights.
How refunds work. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing to the refund. For withdrawals, you cover the cost of returning unopened goods unless the item was faulty.
