Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

What we collect. Information you give us: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us. Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data, and cookies (see our cookie banner).

Why we use it. To process and deliver your orders, to provide customer service, to send order updates, to send marketing emails only where you have opted in, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Legal bases. Performance of your purchase contract, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interests in running and improving the shop.

Sharing. We share data only with the partners who help us operate: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your data.

Retention. We keep order and invoice data for as long as tax law requires, which in the Netherlands is generally 7 years. Other data is kept only as long as needed.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@finca2casa.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
