SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship. Across the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Cost. Delivery is free on all EU orders over €80. Below €80, a shipping fee is shown at checkout. An express option is available at checkout where offered.

Dispatch time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery time. Delivery times depend on your destination and the method chosen at checkout. Nearby destinations can arrive in about 2 business days, while standard delivery across the EU typically takes 4 to 6 business days. Express delivery, where selected, is faster. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control can happen.

Limited releases. Reserva and members-only drops are made in small allocations and may carry a longer, clearly stated lead time on their product page. This is part of how those rare lots are made.

Duties and taxes. EU orders are shipped with Dutch VAT included. There are no extra customs charges within the EU.
